Do I need a licence on both computers?

No. Only the person who starts the connection needs a licence. The computer you connect to — a client's PC, a parent's laptop — uses the free app.

What counts as commercial use?

Any use connected to work or income: supporting clients, managing company computers, or accessing your work PC for your job. Helping family and friends, or reaching your own home computers, is personal use.

How do I activate my licence?

After payment you receive a licence key by email. Open T4ARemote, go to Settings, paste the key into License key and click Save. The Pro badge appears straight away.

Can I cancel or switch plans?

Yes, anytime, from the link in your purchase email. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to Free. You can switch between Personal and Pro, or between monthly and yearly, at any time.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied, write to our support within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Is my data safe?

Screen, keyboard, mouse and files are end-to-end encrypted with a key derived from your password. Our relay servers cannot see them. We only keep minimal connection metadata for 7 days, as described in our privacy policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards and PayPal, through our secure online reseller. You receive an invoice with VAT details by email.
